Prices shown are for 7 nights from FRIDAY (4 pm) - FRIDAY (10 am).
We provide all linen ie sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. We also provide hand towels for the bathrooms and tea towel. Hirers are expected to provide their own bath towels.
If reservations are made more than 2 months before the holiday start date, a deposit of half the total rental cost is payable. The outstanding balance must then be paid 2 months before the holiday start date. If the booking is made within the 2 months of the holiday start date, the entire holiday cost must be paid with the completed booking form.
The Contract entered into is between the owner of the holiday accommodation and the holiday maker (The Hirer). The contract is only effective once the completed booking form and the required payment has been received.
It is strongly recommended that hirers take out booking cancellation insurance. The deposit will be forfeited if the holiday is cancelled and the balance of the hire fee will be payable by the Hirer. If the property can be re-let then an appropriate refund will be made. Short breaks are available at any time of the year except in high season which is July and August, Easter, Whitsun, bank holidays and October half term weekend.
